These hinges all have varying degrees of rust.  They are perfect for sandblasting, cleaning, painting or even distressing more.  This hinge is meant for bigger trunks that have a metal band going around the top of the trunk.  This hinge is heavy duty enough to use in other applications such as chests and work boxes also.
